Has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications Engineering from the Institute of Higher Studies of the Amazon (IESAM - 2010), a Master's degree (2013), a Doctorate (2015), and a Post-Doctorate (2018) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA).
Currently, holds a full-time adjunct professor position at UFPA and is affiliated with the Institute of Technology (ITEC), where he serves as the deputy director.
Furthermore, he is the President of the ITEC Teaching Council, a Full Member of the Local Committee for Monitoring and Evaluation of the UFPA Tutorial Education Program, and a Full Member of the Deliberative Council of SBMO (Brazilian Society of Microwave and Optoelectronics).
Supervises master's and doctoral students in the Graduate Programs in Electrical Engineering and Naval Engineering at ITEC/UFPA.
Is a researcher affiliated with the National Institute of Science and Technology in Wireless Communication and the Brazilian Society of Microwave and Optoelectronics (SBMO).
Engages in research related to Machine Learning, electromagnetic theory, nanoelectronics and nanophotonics, industrial process optimization, and naval technology.
Additionally, served as the coordinator of the undergraduate program in Biomedical Engineering at ITEC/UFPA from 2017 to 2018, and as the Director of the Faculty of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering for two consecutive terms from 2018 to 2022.
Is a member and worker of ARLS Fênix and Fraternidade Lodge No. 53, and LEM George Washington Lodge No. 87, both under the jurisdiction of the Grand Masonic Lodge of Pará (GLEPA), Orient of Belém do Pará, and holds the 18th Degree of the REAA Higher Degrees. Also, is an academician of the Masonic Academy of Letters of the State of Pará (AMALEP) and was inaugurated on February 15, 2019, to occupy seat No. 29, whose patron is Benjamin Sodré.

(2013), D.Sc (2015), and Post-doc (2018) in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Telecommunications by the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering (PPGEE) of Institute of Technology (ITEC) of UFPA).

Bioinspired Computing (BIC) - heuristic and meta-heuristic computational optimization techniques;
Electromagnetic theory with applications in the design of resonant devices, such as antennas and frequency selective surfaces (FSS);
